They have a team of 8 Party Wall Specialists and they work with a diverse range of clients in both the private and public sector. The work you will undertake will obviously be based around The Party Wall etc Act 1996, where you will be responsible for giving your clients an excellent service while generating good fee income for the business. This is a home-based role, covering residential and refurbishment projects across South London and the Southern Home Counties. You ll play a key role in ensuring construction quality, compliance, and workmanship standards are consistently maintained. Working independently, you ll visit sites regularly, monitor progress, and produce clear, detailed reports for clients and project managers.
