This newly created role will work for a business that is proud of their enviable client portfolio and ambitious plans for the future. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal finance leadership role at the heart of a business that genuinely does things differently. The Role: This is a true all-round Finance Manager position. Hands-on, broad, and genuinely varied. You'll own the finance function end-to-end while also playing a key role in helping to shape the strategic direction of the business as a close partner to the Senior Leadership Team. Full ownership of management accounts, reporting, and month-end close Cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting Hands on with the day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, and payroll Producing insightful MI to support commercial decision-making Working closely with the SLT and contributing to business strategy Driving process improvement and finance system development Statutory reporting and liaison with external auditors and advisors What we're looking for: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in an all-round finance position Happy to be hands-on, no task is too small, no challenge too big Strong commercial acumen with a genuine interest in the wider business A confident communicator, comfortable presenting at senior level Please apply with your CV or contact Lucy Regan or Emma Dugdale for further information.
