Internal Client Relationship Manager Location: Hybrid - South Manchester(Office & Remote) Salary: £27,500 basic + uncapped OTE (£45k+) About the Role We're looking for an ambitious Internal Client Relationship Manager to join a fast-paced, market leading business in the financial services sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales or account management experience who thrives on building relationships, delivering excellent service, and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with recruitment agencies that work with temporary contractors identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and contributing to the company's continued success. What You'll Be Doing Business Growth & Development Generate referrals and new business opportunities through proactive phone and email outreach. Build and nurture relationships with small to mid-sized recruitment agencies. Identify new agency partners and vertical markets aligned with the contractor workforce. Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategies to expand and develop the agency network. Take ownership of additional growth-focused projects as required. Client Relationships & Communication Provide outstanding customer service and account management support to agency partners. Handle incoming enquiries efficiently and professionally. Clearly communicate product offerings, service benefits, and industry updates. Use platforms like LinkedIn to connect with clients and raise brand awareness. Offer guidance on relevant industry legislation where needed. Reporting & Organisation Keep accurate records of activity, leads, and account information using CRM software. Track performance metrics and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Regularly report progress and results to the Sales Director. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation and time management abilities. Experience using CRM systems. Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
