About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key part in creating positive, engaging learning experiences. You'll: Support teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a welcoming classroom environment Motivate and encourage pupils to achieve their best Help set up learning materials and resources Monitor pupil engagement and progress Support children individually or in small groups to enhance learning Who We're Looking For We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including: Education, childcare, or youth work Care, residential or support work Sports coaching or community work Formal qualifications aren't essential - what matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and passion for helping young people thrive. You'll bring: Strong communication and listening skills A calm, patient and caring approach The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff A genuine interest in education and child development (Please note: experience should be in a professional capacity rather than purely lived experience.) Working Patterns Available Full-Time: 8:30am - 3:30pm Part-Time: Mornings (8:30am - 12:30pm) or Afternoons (12:30pm - 3:30pm) Flexible/Day-to-Day: work that fits around your schedule Age Ranges Primary (4-11 years) SEND (4-25 years) Why Join Us?
