CNC Operator - As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining multiple lathes and milling machines ensuring the precise and timely completion of production orders. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of product quality. Duties and responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes and mills) according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts. Select and install appropriate cutting tools and inserts. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assisting in the processing of materials Experience and qualifications 1+ years workshop experience Previous experience operating Hurco mills and Fanuc lathes would be beneficial - training will be provided Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Proficient use of precision measuring instruments. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
