Promote the emotional health and self-esteem of learners and support them through changes in their living situation and personal circumstances. Accompanying learners into the community to take part in social and recreational activities such as bowling, cinema trips, and dining out, helping them build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences beyond the college setting. Residential Support Workers will primarily be based at one location but may be required to work flexibly across all homes as operational needs require.
