Learning Support Assistant (Level 3 Qualified) - EYFS Supply About the Role and Key Responsibilities TailorEDucation are looking to meet with Qualified Level 3 Qualified Learning Support Assistants available to work on a flexible basis in EYFS settings across Medway. You will be required to support class teachers and early years practitioners to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences. Key responsibilities include supporting children with learning activities, promoting positive behaviour, assisting with personal care where required, and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. TailorEDucation partners with a wide range of nurseries, preschools, and primary school EYFS settings across the local area. Our partner settings are supportive, child-centred environments that value high-quality early years provision and recognise the importance of skilled, caring support staff in giving children the best start in life. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification recognised for EYFS settings, such as: • Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator - EYE) • CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education • CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator) • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development (CCLD) • Level 3 Diploma in Children's Learning and Development (Early Years Educator) You will also ideally have: • Previous experience of working within EYFS settings (nursery, preschool, or school-based EYFS) • A good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team • A genuine passion for early years education and supporting children's wellbeing What You Will Get in Working with TailorEDucation When you join TailorEDucation, you become part of a supportive agency that values early years professionals. Sports Coach - Cover Supervisor Opportunity About the Role and Key Responsibilities As a Sports Coach / Cover Supervisor working with TailorEDucation, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of secondary school pupils. This exciting position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in delivering sports or physical education who are looking to take their first step into a classroom-based role. You will supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher, manage classroom behaviour, and deliver pre-prepared learning activities across a range of subjects. Your experience in coaching and motivating young people will be invaluable in maintaining positive learning environments and engaging students in their education. Key responsibilities include: Supervising classes during teacher absences Managing pupil behaviour and ensuring a positive, safe learning atmosphere Delivering pre-set lesson materials and activities Encouraging participation and teamwork, drawing on your coaching experience Supporting pupils' wellbeing, motivation, and confidence both in and outside the classroom About the schools we work with TailorEDucation works in partnership with a wide range of secondary schools across Kent & Medway.
