        Position Summary   We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrician to join our team, specializing in the assembly, wiring, testing, and installation of electrical control panels . The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical systems, the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics, and hands-on experience in both panel manufacturing and field installations.   Key Responsibilities    Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels in accordance with schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.  Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical panels and related systems.  Accurately route, terminate, and label wiring in a neat and organized manner.  Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and internal quality standards.  Collaborate effectively with engineers and supervisors to meet project design and installation requirements.  Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment.   Qualifications    Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship or equivalent certification.  Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring methods, and safe work practices.  Proven ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.  Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.  Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems is considered an asset.  Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.  Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.   Skills and Knowledge    DESIRABLE    Familiarity with motor control systems, PLCs, and automation equipment   Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or energy sector environments   Experience working within ISO-certified QHSE frameworks   Basic mechanical assembly experience (or willingness to assist where needed)   A strong focus on continual improvement within own self, department and company.   Ability to work independently and in a team environment   ESSENTIAL    Proven experience in panel building and electrical system installation   Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail   Excellent cable management skills (crimping, soldering, routing)   Knowledge of relevant electrical regulations and safety practices   A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic   Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on panels and electrical systems.   EDUCATION    Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship   Strong knowledge of electrical components and wiring methods.
