The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the finance function across all departments in order to help deliver UCBs strategic objectives. This is a leadership position where you will have the opportunity to help influence and improve financial reporting and controls as we navigate a newly installed financial system. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can build strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to communicate financial information to a non-financial audience. The ability to inspire and support colleagues, setting individual and team targets and strengthening the team is essential. It is anticipated that you will be a fully qualified CCAB accountant.
