E2E Network Solution Architect (Telecommunications) We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Network Solution Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of major network initiatives across Network and IT domains. This role is responsible for defining, governing, and assuring robust, scalable, and compliant E2E technical solutions , ensuring business requirements are translated into architectures fit for deployment in a complex telecoms environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical solution design from initial scoping through delivery, aligned to business and technology strategy Own E2E solution architecture for projects, bids, and pre-project engagements across Network and IT Secure architectural approval through cross-functional governance forums Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across design, build, test, and deployment phases Produce and maintain E2E solution artefacts including Technology Requirement Specifications (TRS) and High-Level Service Designs (HLSDs) Support domain teams with detailed solution designs Ensure solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and operationally ready Drive continual improvement in solution design standards and artefact quality Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as an E2E Solution Architect within telecoms or large-scale network environments Strong understanding of network and IT architecture , governance, and design frameworks Hands-on experience producing and reviewing architecture artefacts (TRS, HLSDs) Deep technical knowledge across telco domains (eg RAN, Core, BSS, OSS, IT integration) Ability to influence senior technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience operating in fast-paced, complex transformation programmes 8+ years leading complex, multi-domain technical projects Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline Candidates without Telco experience sadly will not be considered for the role
