What you'll be Doing Provide personalized care and support to residents Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation Implement and follow individualized care plans Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism Monitor and report on residents' progress and well-being Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members What You'll Need Great communication and teamwork skills. A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others. Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care. We are seeking Team Leader to join the team! What You'll be Doing Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities. Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence. Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks. Provide emotional support and companionship. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. What You'll Need Minimum of 1+ years' experience as a support worker Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and empathetic approach to care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
