We are seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a rapidly growing HVAC team working across London & Kent area. This is a pure AC installation role with no call-out , offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work on major commercial VRF air conditioning installation projects. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading air conditioning installation works, supporting junior engineers, and delivering high-quality HVAC installations across a wide variety of commercial sites. Key Responsibilities: Air conditioning installation on commercial projects (VRF, VRV, splits) Leading installation teams on large HVAC projects Testing, commissioning, and completing high-quality AC installations Ordering materials and ensuring correct AC installation procedures Ensuring compliance with all HVAC and H&S regulations Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior or Lead Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Strong background in VRF installation and commercial AC installation City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1 CSCS or equivalent skill card Full UK driving licence Ability to lead a team and deliver projects to a high standard PASMA/IPAF advantageous Why Apply?
