The role As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand, grow engagement and support the charity's wider growth strategy. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure campaigns are creative, well targeted and insight-led. This is a hands-on role where education, care and clinical support come together. You will work as part of a warm, multidisciplinary team alongside specialist teachers, nurses and therapists, supporting pupils both in the classroom and with their personal care and health needs.
