Project Manager Location: Suffolk The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering works on one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of complex geotechnical work packages, managing multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of specialist ground engineering and geotechnical works. Coordinate operations, engineering, commercial and procurement teams to achieve project objectives. Manage programme performance, productivity and project delivery. Administer NEC contracts, including change management and stakeholder engagement. Promote the highest standards of health, safety and quality. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks while driving continuous improvement. About You We're looking for candidates with: Previous Project Management experience within civil engineering or major infrastructure. A strong background in ground engineering, piling, diaphragm walling, soil improvement or related specialist works. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex construction projects. Good understanding of NEC contracts. Strong communication, leadership and commercial awareness. SMSTS and CSCS (or equivalent). Experience working on major infrastructure or alliance projects would be advantageous. Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Suffolk The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist contractor delivering works on one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a complex, long-term project where you'll play a key role in commercial management, supporting the successful delivery of major civil engineering and geotechnical works. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial performance of allocated work packages. Administer NEC contracts, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events. Prepare cost reports, forecasts and commercial reporting. Manage subcontractor procurement, accounts and commercial performance. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Work closely with operational teams to support successful project delivery. Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team. About You We're looking for candidates with: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. Strong commercial experience within civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Good understanding of NEC contracts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (preferred). Experience within ground engineering, piling or heavy civils would be advantageous.
