Job Description BPO Wizard is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor and Videographer to join our team. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and love creating engaging, high-quality content, we'd love to hear from you. Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns Create engaging short-form and long-form content including reels, promos, ads, and brand videos Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, music, and effects to enhance viewer engagement Work with creative teams to develop concepts and bring ideas to life visually Use templates and streamline workflows to ensure efficiency across projects Color grade footage, apply sound design, and ensure brand consistency in all output Collaborate in shoots, using full-frame cameras to capture professional-quality footage Maintain organized project files, media assets, and backups Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing tools, and social media best practices Requirements A Bachelor's Degree 2-4 years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiarity with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a plus Strong grasp of visual storytelling, timing, and pacing Solid understanding of color correction, sound design, and typography Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative storytelling Why Join BPO Wizard?
