We are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Coordinators who wants to ensure complaint reviews are fair and compliant. You will responsible for providing feedback to line managers based on an audit of calls within the department by providing constructive feedback to support development and success and meeting the required quality standards. What you ll be doing: Review and assess call taken and actioned by the team. Focussing on checking the structure of the call against a scorecard. Ensure all relevant customer responses have been adhered to in line with FCA guidelines. Provide clear concise feedback to line managers to take forward to the associate call handler What we d like to see from your application: Background within Retail Operations (preferably motor finance industry) Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams. Familiar with core processes like data protection, handling sensitive customer data, and managing call centre workflows (again preferably within motor finance) Ability to identify trends to assist with training workshops Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5:30pm. Location: On site in an office in Berkshire for 3 days a week with flexibility of 2 days working from home. Contract: Initial 3-6 month contract and then extensions likely

The Solution Architect Manager will guide, drive, and lead excellence within the teams to enable the development and delivery of innovative products enabling iconic global recall to Equiniti. The role supports platform(s) and products across Shareholder Solutions, ensuring change is delivered with global applicability, scalability, security, high performance and overall health of the product(s) as its focus. Key Responsibilities: Line Management responsibility for Solution Architects within the Engineering home. Provide encouragement, guidance, coaching and mentoring to members of the team Leads the development of architectures for complex solutions ensuring consistency with agreed requirements. Establishes policies, principles and practices for the selection of solution architecture components. Manages trade-offs and balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organisation. Communicates proposed decisions to stakeholders. Coordinates and manages the target architecture across multiple projects or initiatives. Maintains a stable, viable architecture and ensures consistency of design and adherence to appropriate standards across multiple projects or initiatives. Lead and promote engineering excellence and quality through appropriate use of analysis tools, control gates and peer reviews by inculcating news ways of thinking to improve design, productivity, and quality Responsible for and above all advocate for the reduction in technical debt across the estate and mission, working alongside Product to ensure the reduction of technical debt is prioritised appropriately Foster and maintain the relationship with central EQ functions (i.e. risk management, compliance, InfoSec etc) and ensure any corrective actions are raised with Product for timely execution Mentor and guide Solution Architects within your team and assist with technical challenges as needed Infuse a sense of ownership & pride amongst team members to deliver high quality work and Institute a self-directed and high-performance culture in the team Experience of engineering analysis, design and architecture for a Product led organisation and experience of having led conceptualization and development of a portfolio of products. Would suit experienced Solution Architect or Principal Engineer, looking to move to a Solution Architecture role. There has never been a better time to join EQ. Core Duties/Responsibilities The Pensions Systems Analyst is responsible for software configuration to internal and external clients. Key aspects of the role are to: Undertake an analysis of pension's requirements from an outline of user requirements, or from a more detailed feasibility study. Agree the scope of work when undertaking a pension's analysis task and to provide accurate estimates to the relevant Project Manager for the work to be included. Develop and maintain Pension Scheme calculations across a range of products. Analyse Clients Pension Scheme data and establish data cleanse and data migration specifications (inclusive of data mapping). Define, configure, test, implement and maintain specific pension's elements across the whole suite of the Company's software. Continuously develop a professional, technical and commercially aware approach. Requirements Definition Undertake analysis on new pensions projects and/or enhancements to existing projects. Analyse changes and enhancements to client's pensions schemes by taking a view of their impact on the company's software as installed for the client. Liaise with clients to define pension calculation related processes using company utilities and techniques. Analyse Clients Pension Scheme data and establish data cleanse and data migration specifications (inclusive of data mapping). Skills, Knowledge & Experience Skills & Knowledge Administration of DB and / or DC Pensions Schemes. Good working Knowledge of UK Pensions Legislation and/or Actuarial (part) qualified. Ability to perform scheme calculations manually (supported by appropriate tools). Technical/Software development aptitude & ability. Capability to understand Pencalc, Workbench applications and supporting Data Model / Migration Tools. Knowledge of SQL / Oracle preferred. Qualifications & Experience Relevant qualifications in the Pensions & Actuarial Industry desirable (e.g. Pensions Management Institute Certification). UML Certification via ITSQB/ISEB or OMG desirable but not essential. Experience in the Pensions Industry, either as a Scheme Administrator or Business Analyst experienced in capturing requirements for Pensions IT Projects. Demonstrable software development capability. Demonstrate commercial awareness & operational efficiencies/income generation in current role.
