Ensuring that works carried out by maintenance service contractors complies with standards required by servicing specifications. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance activities. Investigate incidents and non-compliance issues, implementing corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports on compliance status and any issues identified. Working with the reactive maintenance team to provide appropriate cover. Essential: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent, or demonstratable relevant experience. At least 5 years of experience in compliance management or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of compliance safety regulations and standards. Working knowledge of building services systems (electrical, mechanical services, HVAC etc.) installation and operation. An in depth understanding of Health & Safety.
