Employee Assistance Programme, ongoing training, career development, Cycle to Work scheme, long service awards and Refer-a-Friend bonus scheme. Why Apply? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader looking to take ownership of a commissioning project without stepping into a Home Manager position. You'll join a well-established luxury care home with the opportunity to build a nursing service from the ground up, influence clinical standards, and make a lasting impact on the future of the home. If you enjoy leading teams, improving services and delivering exceptional nursing care, this role offers genuine career development within a highly respected care provider.
