The work spans a wide range of medical negligence matters, including birth injuries, surgical negligence, delayed cancer diagnosis, spinal injury, orthopaedic claims and fatal cases. You will play a key role in supporting clients through sensitive and challenging circumstances, securing the best possible outcomes while helping to arrange rehabilitation, care packages and interim support wherever possible. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed The successful candidate will have solid claimant medical negligence experience and be confident managing a varied caseload with appropriate supervision. You will have strong technical ability, sound commercial awareness and a genuine passion for client care. Applicants should demonstrate: 4+ years' PQE within Clinical Negligence work Experience handling a broad caseload of claimant matters Ability to manage files independently while collaborating on complex, high-value claims Strong communication and client care skills A collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a busy, supportive team environment What's on Offer?
