1 x Electrical Improver required within Southampton mainly. Workign alongside a direct Electrician within husing refurbishments. 8 till 5 generally. Temp to Permenant opportunity. CSCS card is not essential but useful. Driving is required to meet the associated electrician on each property.

3-4 electrical Improvers required to do containment, metal conduit at HMP Elmley. 7.30 to 4.30 expected 3-4 months work ECS required- IPAF is useful. Open to taking a security clearance process as workign within a new build prison.

They now require a customer care operative to join the business on a permanent basis. The office is based in Whiteley, but the nature of the role will require the candidate to travel across sites to resolve customer care issues. This will be permanent, offering a salary between 32k - 38k p/a DOE + company van. Permanent role, Monday to Friday, working as a customer care operative resolving defects in customer homes. Head office based in Whiteley although will be traveling across Hampshire and West Sussex to sites. Your day-to-day duties will include but not restricted to; resolving defects, carrying out minor remedial works, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience that reflects the company's high standards, carrying out inspections and other duties requested from the customer care manager/construction director. You must have previous experience in a similar role, having worked within the new build homes sector. They operate all across the New Forest in various locations and have an excellent build reputation in the market. They now seek a sales advisor to join the company on a permanent basis, being based on their existing site in Alderholt, Dorset. This will be to start asap. Your working days will be Thursday to Monday 9.45am - 5.15pm every week. The salary on offer is negotiable DOE but ranges between 30k- 32k p/a. You will also get commission up to 12,000 per annum + a completion bonus of up to 4,000 per annum. Your day to day responsibilities include but not limited to; managing the sales process, handling customer enquiries, showcasing properties, negotiating sales, coordinating with external sources such as attorneys or financial advisors, setting up and maintaining show homes, providing excellent customer service, producing sales reports, attracting visitors to sites via marketing, holding events, learning what the business deals and strategies are, and general day to day enquiries from prospective buyers. One of our long term regionally based fit-out/shopfitting contractors require a Construction Buyer. You will need procurement experience on projects, ideally within a either shopfitting / interiors or main build construction, this is a hybrid working role but mainly office based in their modern air conditioned offices just outside of Whiteley.
