The Role: Act as a trusted partner to operational and commercial stakeholders Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making Lead on budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles Challenge assumptions and drive improved financial performance Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights Support key projects and strategic initiatives About You: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Proven experience in a business partnering / commercial finance role Strong communication skills, able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders Naturally curious, proactive and solutions-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
