You will be responsible for operative diaries, taking decisions on the deployment of resource including handling over and under capacity and manage process exceptions such as changes to the repairs order requirements, work content, no access, follow-on works operative unavailability including all leave and planning for vehicle servicing and repairs. There will be a need to Interpret and analyse jobs to proactively ensure first time fix where possible. This would include ensuring that the team have the resources they need, that all foreseeable staff safety issues have been identified, and risk to the association is minimized. You will coordinate complex works and projects in accordance with technical briefs, co-ordinating and prioritising and working proactively with key internal and external customers, contractors and suppliers as required.
