Experience and Qualifications AAT Qualification or equivalent Accounting Qualification. Experience of the management of rent and service charges. Experience of preparing and delivering year end and monthly management reports. Ability to interpret relevant information, analyse complex data, review alternative solutions, and come to well informed conclusions. Knowledge and practical experience of using IT as analytical and management tools. Experience of staff management and be a people developer. Capable of delivering results to tight deadlines and under pressure and maintaining accuracy. Excellent written skills including writing reports and policies, for Executive, Committee and Board meetings. Experience of completing regulatory returns.
