Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to work independently, as part of a team and a Willingness to travel nationwide. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing off-grid electrical systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities Install, test, and commission electrical systems in domestic, commercial, and solar environments Carry out maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs to a high standard Install and commission solar PV and battery storage systems (training can be provided) Ensure all work complies with current regulations (18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations) Complete all necessary documentation and certification Liaise with customers, providing clear explanations and outstanding service Travel nationwide as required (all expenses covered; company van provided) Work both independently and as part of a team Skills 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (essential) Experience in domestic and commercial electrical work (essential) Experience with solar PV installations (desirable; training available) Full UK driving licence (essential) Willingness to travel and stay away as needed Friendly, reliable, and able to work unsupervised Good communicator, with a tidy and safety-conscious approach Job Type: Full-time Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Willingness to travel: 75% (required) Work Location: On the road
