MIG Welder Location: Sheffield Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable MIG Welder to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality MIG welding on a range of metal components while maintaining safety and quality standards. Vehicle Bodybuilder Location: Sheffield Job Type Full-time Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday Friday, full-time hours (overtime may be available) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Body Builder to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, modifying and maintaining commercial vehicle bodies to high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Build and assemble commercial vehicle bodies including HGV and specialist vehicles Install panels, frames, doors, and other structural components Work with materials such as steel, aluminium, and composite panels Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely and effectively Read and interpret technical drawings and build specifications Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organised working environment Carry out inspections and report any defects or issues Requirements Previous experience as a Vehicle Body Builder, Coachbuilder, or similar role Experience working with commercial vehicles or body conversions Ability to read technical drawings and follow build plans Skilled in using workshop tools and fabrication equipment Good attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Full UK driving licence preferred Desirable Skills Welding or fabrication is desireable but not essential Knowledge of vehicle electrics or hydraulics Experience with specialist builds What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full-time employment Friendly and supportive working environment To Apply If you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for Ace Engineering, please do not hesitate to apply.
