You will also need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships within the Science team and Trust as a whole. "Pupils have a strong understanding of diversity, respect and tolerance, including for different family lifestyles" - Ofsted 2021 The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
