Create suite of templates covering data analysis, incident review, system performance improvement plans and reporting (not exhaustive). Adapt and develop maintenance partner organisations existing documentation, working together to avoid duplication and 'reinventing the wheel'. Ensure that the system design and resulting improvement initiatives comply with rail industry regulations and safety standards. DELIVERY PHASE Working with maintenance partner organisations, develop existing improvement plans into the new system principles. Identify engineering and maintenance issues and inefficiencies, and incorporate these into existing plans. Training & Culture Building: Deliver workshops and coaching sessions to embed continuous improvement practices across teams internally to TPE and maintenance partner organisations. Innovation & Technology: Support the adoption of digital tools, automation, and predictive analytics to future proof processes. Continuous improvement methodology deployment: Introduce elements of improvement methodologies (eg. Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles) to reduce waste and improve processes and quality. Use maturity models to assess 'before and after' performance. Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintainers, and operations teams to deliver integrated and holistic solutions to reliability challenges. Suggest improvements to supplier and relationship management to help embed the reliability improvement system. Data Driven Decision Making: Develop KPIs to report on fleet performance, and monitor progress against improvement targets.
