Responsibilities Help shape the AI roadmap across use cases and technology. Work with stakeholders to understand processes and data, identifying high value GenAI opportunities. Contribute to scalable, innovative AI delivery as part of the Data Science & AI team. Collaborate with a cross functional squad - DevOps, data engineers, developers, testers and Infosec - to productionise AI services in AWS. You'll be a key technical mentor within the team, helping to guide junior engineers and elevate our engineering standards. Skills and experience Experience delivering AI into production, solving real commercial problems and measuring impact. A self starter with a track record of taking research and models through to production to drive clear business and customer value. Skilled at balancing quick delivery with longer term capability building. Able to communicate confidently and credibly across all levels of the business, from individual contributors to the C suite. Able to work independently and efficiently to deliver projects on time, taking project briefs and refining them to strong results.
