Order to Cash Accountant As an Order to Cash Accountant, you ll play a central role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient financial operations within our Shared Service Centre. This position sits at the heart of our cash flow processes, combining hands-on operational work with continuous improvement and business partnering. You ll take ownership of key elements of the Order to Cash (OtC) cycle managing financial bookings, performing reconciliations, supporting audits, and acting as an expert advisor to our entities. Alongside this, you ll drive innovation by identifying process efficiencies, championing digital tools, and challenging the status quo to help us work smarter. What You'll do Deliver compliant Order to Cash processes, ensuring accurate financial bookings and adherence to global SLAs. Reconcile and review cash and credit-card-related balance sheet accounts. Monitor unbilled sales orders and blocked documents, taking proactive action to resolve issues. Partner with entity stakeholders to link business decisions to the OtC process and elevate service delivery. Implement process improvements using continuous improvement (CIP) tools and available technologies. Support internal and external audit requirements, ensuring robust control and documentation.
