Product Owner Shape the future of intelligent sensing and advanced analytics. We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the vision and delivery of a sophisticated analytics platform that transforms complex sensor data into meaningful operational insight. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap for a complex analytics platform, balancing short and long-term priorities. Lead the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and ready for delivery. Work closely with data scientists to translate machine learning and analytical models into production-ready features. Collaborate with software engineers, technical specialists and customers to refine requirements and validate delivered functionality. Monitor product performance using data and metrics, driving continuous improvement through evidence-based decision making. Support agile delivery by prioritising work, accepting completed features and maintaining alignment across multidisciplinary teams. Spend time with customers and operational users to understand workflows and ensure the product delivers real-world value. Requirements Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering complex software or analytics-based products. Strong understanding of sensor data processing, tracking, data fusion or advanced analytics. A data-driven approach with experience defining KPIs, measuring performance and using evidence to prioritise product decisions. Experience working alongside data science and engineering teams to deliver technical products. Proven ability to translate customer and operational requirements into clear, prioritised user stories and product backlogs. Experience using Azure DevOps or similar agile work management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Desirable Experience within defence, aerospace, security, autonomous systems or other high-technology engineering sectors. Knowledge of radar, RF, electro-optical or other sensor technologies. Background in engineering, physics, mathematics, data science or a related technical discipline. Experience delivering AI, machine learning or analytics-driven products. Familiarity with decision-support systems or operational software platforms. We're looking for an Automation Test Engineer to help validate the performance, reliability, and quality of cutting-edge software and integrated hardware systems. Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you'll execute structured test activities, identify and report defects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and automation. Key Responsibilities Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across software and hardware systems. What We're Looking For Degree, HND, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant technical discipline. Some experience of software or systems testing gained through industry, education, internships, or personal projects. Understanding of core testing principles, including test cases, defect reporting, regression testing, and test evidence. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach. Clear written communication skills and the ability to produce accurate technical documentation. An interest in developing skills in test automation and modern engineering technologies. Comfortable working in both office/laboratory and outdoor test environments. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new tools. Desirable Skills ISTQB Foundation Certification (or a willingness to achieve it). Experience with Python, scripting, or automated testing tools. Familiarity with Jira or similar defect management platforms. Exposure to sensor technologies, RF, radar, autonomous systems, or other advanced engineering environments. Full UK driving licence. They are looking for an experienced Operational Systems Architect to take ownership of the design, resilience and ongoing performance of complex IT infrastructure supporting live operational environments. This is a hands-on senior engineering position where you'll be responsible for ensuring systems remain secure, highly available and fully recoverable. Working across infrastructure, databases, networking and systems integration, you'll play a key role in maintaining business-critical platforms while driving continuous improvements to reliability, monitoring and operational standards. The role offers a mix of office-based and customer-facing work, with regular travel to client sites and opportunities to contribute to the delivery of large-scale, high-availability technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain scalable, secure and resilient system architectures across internal platforms and customer deployments. Develop, implement and regularly test backup, restore and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity. Support and optimise operational databases, data pipelines and storage platforms, maintaining data integrity and system performance. Deploy, configure and manage Windows and Linux server environments alongside networking and storage infrastructure.
