This is an excellent opportunity for a senior property professional to play a key role in delivering the Council's Strategic Asset Management Plan, maximising asset performance, supporting service transformation and leading a team of Property Asset Managers. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the Council's corporate property portfolio, including industrial estates, business parks, retail assets, markets, county farms, harbours and other operational assets. Deliver strategic asset management initiatives to ensure the estate is fit for purpose, financially sustainable and aligned with corporate priorities. Work closely with the Strategic Property Manager to implement the Council's Strategic Asset Management Plan. Develop strong business partnering relationships with internal departments, providing strategic property advice and challenging operational property requirements where appropriate. Support the Head of Property in delivering effective asset management and property strategy across the organisation. Oversee property valuations in accordance with CIPFA guidance.
