We are open to those from Photocopier / MFD backgrounds too that would be open to upskilling The Role Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment Carrying out installations and de installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience Escalating technical issues promptly Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites Building strong customer relationships Managing and maintaining vehicle stock The Candidate Strong technical knowledge of Production Print and/or MFD devices Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions IT literacy and basic networking capabilities Strong communication skills Shift Patterns This role operates on a rotating 4 week shift cycle: Week 1 Early Shift: 6:00am 2:00pm Week 2 Evening Shift: 4:30pm 12:00am or 2:00pm 10:00pm Week 3 - Day shift: 8.30am - 5.30pm Week 3 Night Shift: 12:00am 8:30am No shifts or weekends apply until full training is completed and the engineer is fully up to speed.
