This is a pivotal role where project governance meets digital innovation. The Role As the PMO Analyst, you will act as the "engine room" for our project portfolio. Your role is to ensure governance is robust, schedules are aligned, and data is visualized in a way that tells a clear story to our stakeholders. From JQL scripting in Jira to architecting Tableau dashboards, you will be the technical expert who ensures our delivery stays on track. Key Accountabilities: Support the implementation of portfolio-wide standards, document control, and rigorous assurance processes. Maintain complex project schedules and milestone plans. You will take the lead on maintaining digital tools (Jira/Confluence) and developing Tableau dashboards to track KPIs, resource use, and timelines. Proactively manage risk/opportunity registers and administer change control workflows to ensure project integrity. Define and track delivery KPIs, producing high-impact insights that aid executive decision-making. Analyze short- and long-term resource needs to support effective capacity planning across the delivery streams. Coordinate "Lessons Learned" sessions and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and "Customer Love." Essential Requirements: Proficient in Jira (including JQL scripting) and Tableau (or similar BI tools). You should be comfortable with coding languages used for reporting and dashboarding. Proven experience in a PMO, Project Analyst, or Support role within a complex, large-scale environment. Familiarity with project/portfolio frameworks (APM, PRINCE2) and a strong understanding of risk, issue, and change control. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data into simplified messages for stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder maps. Desirable: Formal PM qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or PMI). Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, or technical sectors. Knowledge of lifecycle frameworks such as RIBA or V-model. Experience with Confluence and collaborative digital platforms.

MRP Controller Stevenage 12 Month Sector: Manufacturing & Logistics Are you a detail-oriented planning professional with a background in manufacturing and supply chain? We are seeking an MRP Controller to join our Manufacturing Planning & Control team in Stevenage. In this pivotal role, you will take primary responsibility for managing existing and future manufacturing schedules, delivering high-level logistics management, and ensuring that critical customer programmes are met on time, to cost, and to the highest quality standards. The RoleReporting to a Senior Member of the Manufacturing Planning & Control team, you will coordinate all planning activities to deliver the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Your daily responsibilities will include: Executing all activities related to material planning and procurement to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing flow. Releasing and managing work within the MRP system while maintaining accurate delivery forecasts for our customers. Monitoring inventory levels to meet targets, minimizing waste, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure system accuracy. Working closely with Supply Planners to resolve constraints and communicating risks to the Team Lead for escalation. Partnering with Goods Receiving, Stores, and Despatch to manage inventory movement and ensure all transaction paperwork is precise. Maintaining the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensuring master data remains topical and accurate. What We Are Looking ForThe successful candidate will be an analytical problem-solver with a "quality-first" mindset and the following experience: Core Experience: Proven background in Production Planning and Manufacturing Planning/Supply Chain management. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience using SAP and other MRP systems is highly beneficial. Logistics Knowledge: A solid understanding of logistics management and material flow within a manufacturing environment. Software Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Soft Skills: Exceptional planning, organizing, and communication skills (both verbal and written), with a keen eye for detail. This position will specifically require experience with strong soldering experience. Any prior microelectronics experience would be great, i.e. soldering under a microscope. You will also need experience working within a manufacturing environment. There are 3 positions working on standard days and 1 position working nights. Hourly Rate: 24.78ph, after 12 weeks the rate increases to 26.12ph. Test Engineer Coventry 12 Month The Opportunity Working with a large known Automotive Company.They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our Test Operations team. This is a critical role responsible for the end-to-end management of Bills of Materials (BoM) for Units Under Test (UUT) across our cutting-edge Battery, EDU, and Engine Test environments. You will be the central pivot point between Engineering, Procurement, and Test Operations, ensuring that every kit is complete, accurate, and delivered exactly when needed to keep our test schedules on track. Key Responsibilities BoM Ownership: Manage and own the Bill of Materials for UUTs, ensuring 100% accuracy for all scheduled test activities. Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and expediting of components through internal systems and external suppliers to meet high-pressure deadlines. Work closely with Engineering Design and Test Operations to translate technical requirements into actionable kitting plans. Provide regular performance updates and weekly status reports on kit readiness to the Central Planning Team. Identify and implement efficiency gains in established kitting processes to enhance reliability and speed-to-test. What We Are Looking For / Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience managing test kitting processes within an engineering or automotive testing environment. A strong understanding of powertrain systems, including Batteries, Electronic Drive Units (EDU), and Internal Combustion Engines (ICE). Experience with inventory management systems, procurement tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data handling. A track record of delivering components and build support within a high-pressure test environment. The ability to work independently, taking full responsibility for delivering kits to specification and on time. Education & Qualifications Minimum: NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline. Preferred : An Undergraduate Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
