Overview The Exciting Opportunity The main responsibility of the Purchase Ledger Assistant is to support the Group Purchase Ledger function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing expenditure and payments. This role is part time, 20 hours per week with a flexible working pattern within office hours. For all matters the Purchase Ledger Assistant reports directly to the Group Financial Reporting Manager. Key Tasks & Responsibilities To ensure all invoices are accurately processed, approved, coded and posted. To ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed terms. To reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis To assist in preparing weekly and monthly BACS submissions Other Finance admin duties as required Where will you be working? The role is based in our central finance office at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool. What are we looking for? We're looking for an individual who has. Strong organisational skills Attention to detail.
