Manage relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and service delivery. Conduct initial consultations to understand client objectives, business needs, and financial capacity. Present tailored advisory and consultancy services aligned with client requirements. Follow up with clients throughout the decision-making process, addressing queries and supporting conversion into active clients. Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, finance, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, documentation, and deal pipeline within CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24). Monitor onboarding timelines and follow up on outstanding documentation and payments. Participate in webinars, consultations, and business development initiatives to support lead generation and company growth. Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient execution of client engagements and high client satisfaction. Ensure all activities are carried out in line with internal compliance procedures and regulatory requirements.
