Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience leading software delivery within a small engineering team as a Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, Senior Engineer or similar. Strong hands-on software engineering background with the ability to contribute throughout the development lifecycle. Experience delivering production software and managing project planning, estimation and technical risk. Background working within a startup, scale-up or other fast-paced engineering environment. Strong full-stack development experience, ideally including: TypeScript Node.js React Modern web application architecture Experience with Python and/or C++ Experience working with robotics, industrial automation, manufacturing software, embedded systems or other software interacting with physical hardware would be highly desirable.
