Working as a small team, reporting into the CEO and an integral part of the leadership team you will be pivotal in being strategic and operational as a HR partner in building a high-performance culture. Strong use and curiosity of AI tools, with experience of developing or contributing to an AI-ready workforce Track record of leading recruitment end to end, including employer brand and candidate experience. Confident using people data to produce clear reports and make evidence-based recommendations. Experience supporting businesses through organisational change, including restructures, acquisitions, mergers and TUPE. Strong communicator who builds trust quickly at all levels. People Systems Administrator Hybrid working - North Yorkshire £26,000 - £31,000 At Another we are currently recruiting for a People Systems Administrator to join an established business in North Yorkshire. Part of a small team, reporting into the HR Systems Manager you will be the first point of contact for HR system maintenance, configuration and queries coming in to the team. The Role Be the first point of contact for the HR Systems team and managing queries accordingly review and respond or escalate more complex queries to senior team members as necessary. Responsible for maintaining the organisations HR data and documentation, the structure in the system, training management system, documentation, being the gate keeper of data and information. Produce and maintain a catalogue of reports, delivering data and information to customers in a timely manner.
