Warranty Controller Franchised Main Dealer Location: West / South West London Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Depending on Experience We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established franchised dealership that is looking to appoint an E xperienced Warranty Controller to join its successful aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands manufacturer warranty processes and takes pride in ensuring claims are submitted accurately, efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards. The Role Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warranty administration, ensuring all claims are processed promptly while maintaining full compliance with manufacturer requirements. Key Responsibilities Process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timescales. Ensure all repair orders and supporting documentation meet manufacturer standards. Audit job cards prior to claim submission to minimise rejected claims. Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Controllers to ensure complete and accurate information is recorded. Monitor outstanding warranty claims and resolve any queries quickly. Manage manufacturer warranty audits and prepare supporting documentation. Maintain accurate warranty records and reports. Identify trends and provide feedback to improve warranty recovery. Ensure the dealership achieves maximum warranty revenue while remaining fully compliant. The Ideal Candidate Minimum 3 years' experience as a Warranty Controller within a franchised dealership. Excellent understanding of manufacturer warranty systems and processes. Strong administration and organisational skills. High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure. Confident communicator who can work closely with both workshop and front-of-house teams. Good IT skills and experience using dealer management systems.
