A family run online retailer is looking to employ an organised, proactive individual to join our Customer Services team. Working alongside our existing Customer Services Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support. Happy for either Part Time: Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm or Full Time monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. ROLE: Telephone customer Services Hours: Part time or Full Time SALARY: 13 per hour LOCATION: Dunstable ROLE: This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support and day-to-day operational administration. You will become one of the main points of contact for our customers, taking ownership of enquiries from start to finish while helping to keep orders moving smoothly behind the scenes. Initially you will focus on customer service and operational tasks, with full training provided.
