A family run online retailer is looking to employ an organised, proactive individual to join our Customer Services team. Working alongside our existing Customer Services Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support. Happy for either Part Time: Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm or Full Time monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. ROLE: Telephone customer Services Hours: Part time or Full Time SALARY: 13 per hour LOCATION: Dunstable ROLE: This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support and day-to-day operational administration. You will become one of the main points of contact for our customers, taking ownership of enquiries from start to finish while helping to keep orders moving smoothly behind the scenes. Initially you will focus on customer service and operational tasks, with full training provided. A major Commercial Vehicle manufacturer is looking for a number of Mechanics - Technicians for their extremely busy commercial vehicle workshop. Must possess a mechanical or technician background in any of the following: Commercial vehicles, plant, vans, cars, agricultural, construction, armed forces or any other kind of vehicles and either have experience of IRTEC, BTEC or City & Guilds qualifications or similar. Full training provided. If you do not possess HGV Technician/Mechanic experience you will be trained and taught The Specifics Perform detailed vehicle inspections to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment. Assess issues related to engines, transmissions, brake systems, and other critical components of HGVs. Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension. Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire checks and replacements, and fluid top-ups. Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance vehicle reliability. Monitor and record vehicle performance to anticipate potential problems and schedule timely interventions. Communicate effectively with the Workshop Controller and the services team to explain repairs and maintenance needs. Keep abreast of the latest developments in HGV technology and repair techniques. A major commercial vehicle manufacturer is looking for a driven depot manager to manage a fast paced and demanding commercial vehicle, Vans & HGV depot which includes technicians, workshop, service, admin, finance and parts departments. Must possess depot or branch manager experience within the commercial vehicle sector or similar sector. ROLE: Depot Manager - Commercial Vehicles LOCATION: Croydon BASIC SALARY: 67k BENEFITS: 10% Annual bonus, company car, pension, life insurance, 25 days holiday. ROLE: The position is for a Depot Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining the aftersales service provided to the customer in the depot. A major commercial vehicle manufacturer is looking for a parts advisor who is ready to make the step up to Part Supervisor or someone who is already a Parts Supervisor to manage a small commercial vehicle parts team. HGV or commercial vehicle part experience is ideal or similar in automotive, plant, capital equipment, agriculture or construction vehicles. ROLE: Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor BASIC SALARY: 35k to 38k LOCATION: Reading BENEFITS: Overtime, Target based bonus, commission, pension, life assurance ROLE: As a Parts Supervisor you are responsible for the control of front and rear parts counters and controlling stock movements. The Specifics Inventory Parts Management: Maintain accurate Parts inventory levels through regular stock audits, ordering parts as needed to meet demand without overstocking or understocking. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a team of parts personnel, ensuring that they meet department goals and deliver excellent service to customers and internal departments.
