Home Manager Salary: £85,000-£90,000 per annum We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for an experienced Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a residential care home. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially focused leader with a proven track record of delivering outstanding person-centred care, achieving regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care. Deliver outstanding person-centred care while maintaining full CQC compliance. Manage budgets, occupancy, financial performance, and resource planning. Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing staff team. Ensure safeguarding procedures and health & safety requirements are fully implemented. Monitor care plans, medication management, audits, and quality assurance systems. Build strong relationships with residents, families, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. Lead inspections and maintain inspection readiness. Drive continuous improvement through effective governance and performance management. Develop local marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and promote the home within the community. Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Home Manager within a residential or nursing care home. Proven record of delivering high-quality care and achieving commercial objectives. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent). Active NMC Registration . Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and Health & Social Care legislation. Experience managing budgets, occupancy, recruitment, HR processes, and staff performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Right to work in the UK.
