Freelance Finishing Manager required 6 month duration for a 20m new build student accommodation scheme. Reporting to the site based Project Manager you will initially be responsible for overseeing all internal 1st fix, partitioning and M&E packages progressing through to 2nd/final fix and ensuring snag free to hand over to client. Midlands principal build contractor are looking for a freelance Senior/Site Engineer for a 40 week duration for a new build distribution centre commencing end October. Reporting to the senior management team you role and responsibility will be to manage and supervise various subcontractor packages inc QA management for groundworks, steelframe, cladding, brickwork etc. Along with the Project/Site Managers you will also be responsible for assisting in any design changes during any client/subcontractor progress meetings, other duties will also include H&S management, material requisition as well as some elements of setting out. CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as well as a proven track record working for principal build contractors delivering distribution/industrial units from inception through to completion

Senior/Site Engineer required for a new build multi million pound leisure centre which will be a steel portal frame building incorporating a swimming pool, fitness room inc spa, dance studios and external facilities and all associated carpark area. Working for the principal main contractor you will be responsible for supervision and control initially of groundworks and various other subcontract packages, initial setting out for main building which will involve concrete pad foundations, holding down bolts, associated drainage and groundworks inc all QA work.
