About the role This role sits in the very experienced Trusts and Statutory team, composed of six people. We raise over £2M per annum of trusts income and £4M in statutory tenders. We're part of the wider Fundraising team which raises a further £2M plus from corporates, major donors, individuals and events. We're looking for someone with persuasive writing and communications skills, good numeracy and systematic attention to detail, who wants to develop their career in this area. About the Role As the organisation continues to grow we are seeking an additional HR Administrator to join our Human Resources support team at Coram. This multi-faceted HR administration role covers all parts of the employee lifecycle, along with opportunities to get involved in projects such as TUPE, well-being, and recruitment and retention strategies. You will work closely with one or more business partners to support specific entities within the Group and will play an integral role in providing an efficient and effective HR service that adds value to the wider organisation. We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a HR environment or administrative experience combined with HR qualifications; with strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
