The Project Trainer Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate the OTSM training suite for a user base (5000+ across virtual and on premise locations). This training will range from simple documentation support to in-person sessions depending on the need of each team. Key Duties & Responsibilities Conduct Needs Analysis: Consult with objective managers and stakeholders to identify critical training gaps caused by new processes or software. Design Curriculum: Build comprehensive training frameworks, lesson plans, user guides, and digital learning assets tailored to diverse business audiences. Deliver Training: Facilitate engaging instructor-led workshops, webinars, and hands-on system simulations across multiple business functions. Support System Rollouts: Provide dedicated, high-touch training support during critical go-live windows to accelerate user adoption. Evaluate Effectiveness: Measure training success using post-course assessments and feedback surveys to refine materials continuously. Maintain Documentation: Update user manuals, knowledge base articles, and video libraries as project scopes and features evolve. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Front End Developer to work a 12-month contract for our client 3 days per week on-site in either Leeds or Newcastle. You will work with Node.js, Express, React and templating engines to deliver accessibility compliant UIs using well defined GDS standards. Working with a community of Front End developers committed to building reusable templates and patterns; you will be able to contribute to shared features and components. Our client use industry standard development frameworks and languages to build enterprise level systems but are always looking to bring in new and original ways into practice to help speed of delivery or robustness of software implementation. Our Senior Front End Developers are experts in Front End development, with proven experience in the design and build user interfaces at scale. You will: Lead and promote the technical direction and development of reusable patterns and components. Have strong knowledge of modern web development stacks, web standards, user experience, progressive enhancement, performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, tooling and pipelines. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate into the Back End services to ensure that they are built to the same high standards.
