Assistant Regional Operations Manager - Planned Based at Hanscom House, Canterbury - Covering the South East region £45,574 - £47,973 per year plus Company Car 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 16:30pm We have an opportunity for an Assistant Regional Operations Manager to join our Property Services team based in Canterbury. The role will provide direct support to the Regional Operations Manager as part of the Planned team, covering the South East region. The role of Assistant Regional Operations Manager will include: Supporting the senior management team with process improvements through the creation of an innovative environment for operational staff Monitoring progress of customer repairs and complaints to ensure optimum performance Managing the recruitment, performance and development of quality employees Monitoring, managing and completing all customer works, through self-delivery teams, suppliers and subcontractors Supporting in the management of health and safety aspects of operations, ensuring business responsibilities are delivered in a safe manner Supporting senior management with regional issues and escalation process, ensuring effective and timely resolution is achieved Working closely with the Housing and Property Services teams to ensure continual improvement of business processes and procedures Skills and experiences: To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Degree, HND or HNC in Construction or Management level and hold NEBOSH National Diploma - Construction or currently undertaking the qualification. Service Delivery Manager - Gas Swindon £46,796 per year 40 hours per week We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager - Gas, to coordinate and ensure the delivery of a high quality and cost effective maintenance service across multiple sites that meets the needs of our customers, inline with organisation and financial regulations. The Service Delivery Manager will manage a team of 8 Gas Engineers and an Apprentice carrying out gas servicing, repairs, landlord gas certificates and boiler and heating replacements. The role of Service Delivery Manager - Gas will include: Managing, developing, and monitoring performance of your team in line with Gas legislative and regulatory requirements, helping towards the group achieving 100% compliance and providing a cost-effective and efficient service to tenants and customers Working with Gas Planning to look at ways we can make efficiencies making sure the engineers are working in real time and addressing any issues as they arise Liaising with your team making sure we are reporting and dealing with safeguarding, welfare and health and safety issues reporting these through the appropriate channels Assisting in the recruitment process of new staff, attending interviews, completing inductions etc Managing/monitoring new installations, checking heating surveys and POJ are being sent in real time, booking appointments with tenants, ordering materials, on-site inspections of work to ensure we are achieving the desired standard Managing resources effectively, ensuring tools and equipment are maintained by staff and stock requests are within agreed budgets Keeping up to date with Gas safe technical bulletins and Gas regulations and provide necessary updates to your team Skills and experiences: To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, Gas Auditing Qualification, HTR1, Unvented - G3 Certificate, Water Regulations (WRAS), currently undertaking the qualification or prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group.
