About the role As Line Lead, you'll be at the heart of our production operations, leading your team to deliver daily targets while driving a culture of high performance, safety and continuous improvement. You'll shape the daily plan with a focus on reducing losses and improving efficiency, making sure every shift runs smoothly and delivers Right First Time production. You'll work closely with colleagues across the site and beyond, collaborating to meet customer expectations and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and safety. From managing stock and waste to optimising resources, you'll make a real impact on how we operate. Coaching and development are key to this role. You'll lead regular appraisals, build capability and support your team's growth, creating an environment where everyone can thrive. Proven success in delivering results - Track record of achieving production KPIs and SLAs, demonstrating adaptability and accountability in a dynamic setting.
