Complete weekly and monthly reports (e.g., trading returns via e-Prophit) accurately and on time. Manage till operations, including cashing up and maintaining safe cash levels. Recruit, induct, and train staff to maintain a positive, professional work environment. Communicate with customers and clients, providing a friendly and approachable service. What you bring: Proven experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service supervisory or management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Good understanding of financial controls, budgets, and cost management. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of health & safety, COSHH, and food safety regulations.
