Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll be responsible for: Testing hydraulic components such as pumps, motors and ancillary equipment Fault finding and detailed inspection work Compiling test certificates and performance graphs Working on units from a variety of manufacturers Assisting with service work when required Reporting to the Test Supervisor and Technical Manager This position offers extensive training and development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is eager to expand their technical knowledge. Profile The Process Mapping Analyst (Manufacturing) will be/have: Experience in process mapping, business analysis, or operational improvement within a manufacturing or industrial environment, either in project focussed roles or as part of an operational leadership role. Strong understanding and experience of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, production planning, quality management, and maintenance activities. Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, ARIS, or similar platforms as well as ERP systems such as SAP. Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to translate complex operational activities into clear and concise process documentation. Experience gathering requirements and facilitating workshops. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies could be advantageous.
