The Role As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring all systems are safe, compliant, and functioning efficiently. Your work will help maintain the integrity and reliability of our property infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and modify electrical systems (single and three-phase). Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations and distribution boards. Maintain and install LED and emergency lighting systems. Perform internal and external wiring repairs and diagnose electrical faults. Work on plant room equipment including motors, pumps, and fan coil units (FCUs). Read and follow schematic drawings and site plans accurately. Coordinate with specialist contractors to ensure effective service delivery. Participate in seasonal shifts and on-call rotations as required. What We're Looking For We are seeking a professional with: Recognised City & Guilds NVQ qualifications. City & Guilds 18th Edition BS7671 (Essential). C&G 2391 (or 2394/2395) for Inspection, Testing & Certification (Essential). Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installations. Full clean UK driving licence (Essential). Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. The Role As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment. Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you will deliver both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and the highest operational standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out installation, servicing, and repair of commercial catering equipment Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive breakdowns Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs across a variety of kitchen equipment Work on equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, hot cupboards, woks, and Rational ovens Source and order parts and materials as required Complete certification and job reports accurately (manual or electronic) Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders Oversee contractors on-site, ensuring work is completed to required standards Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Participate in shift patterns as required during client occupation What We're Looking For We are seeking a professional with: Gas Safe certified (CCCN1 Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety) COMCAT qualifications (1-5 preferred) NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline Strong experience working with commercial catering equipment Knowledge of Natural Gas & LPG systems Good understanding of health & safety, COSHH, and building regulations Ability to diagnose faults and work independently Strong communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence What We Offer A professional and supportive working environment Exposure to a high-end, luxury setting Competitive salary Opportunity to work with advanced and specialist equipment Apply Today!
