Key Duties Assist in the prevention and recovery of rent arrears and other debts for all tenure types. Use strong administrative skills to support the Income Services team. Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize income collection. Support customers in meeting and sustaining their tenancy and lease obligations. Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers. Assist in prioritizing rent and service charge payments and arrears reduction. Process customer requests for payments taken and/or refunded. Encourage the use of digital platforms for contact and payments. Provide advice and guidance regarding benefits and welfare entitlements.
