Embedded Software Engineer Use your embedded firmware knowledge at a company developing high end audio products. These products have a world renowned reputation amongst audio fanatics and this is a fantastic opportunity to break into the audio industry. The work is mostly bare metal C on ESP32 chips, split between supporting and improving products already on the market and developing firmware for new product ranges. One of those new ranges is still at the platform decision stage, so there is real scope to shape how it gets built rather than inherit someone else's approach. There is a second strand to the role on the mobile side, working on their Flutter app which is currently going through a major redesign. Commercial Flutter experience is not required, personal projects are absolutely fine, but at least an interest is essential. The main focus stays on the embedded side however. The ideal candidate will have a proper understanding of the electronics underneath the code and will be comfortable debugging problems that sit between hardware and software. This position is hybrid, with three days a week in the office preferred, and flexibility for the right person. Requirements: Strong knowledge of embedded software in C, ideally on ESP32, STM32 or similar Good understanding of low level electronics and hardware debug Desirable to have some Flutter interest / exposure Position: Embedded SoftwareEngineer Location: Essex, hybrid Salary: 40-55K
