Key Responsibilities: Technical Product Management: Understand hardware and software products deeply. Identify new product opportunities and stay current with technology trends. Testing, Evaluation, and Product Management: Test and troubleshoot CCTV systems, DVRs, IP cameras, routers, and VMS software. Support AI development projects using edge computing hardware like NVIDIA Jetson. Technical Support and Communication: Manage helpdesk tickets from start to finish. Provide technical support via phone and email. Ideal Candidate Profile: Passion for hardware, especially in electronics or tech. Experience with CCTV or networking is beneficial but not essential. Strong ability to engage in technical conversations and work independently. Knowledge and Skills: Networking (20%): IP, DNS, FTTP, VPN, 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, IoT. Hardware (40%): IP Cameras, Analogue Cameras, DVRs, Routers, GPS trackers, compliance with certifications, edge processing. Software (40%): VMS, Cloud server deployments, Video streaming tools and codecs.
