Test Engineer You walk into a busy, high tech production lab where no two systems are quite the same. On your bench sits a precision built system, the result of months of detailed engineering. Your job is to bring it to life. You will be hands on in the final stages of assembly, aligning components, troubleshooting issues, and making sure everything performs exactly as it should. Every build is different, some taking a few weeks, others far more complex, but every one needs your attention to detail and engineering instinct. This is an environment where practical thinking matters. You will be working across mechanical and electrical/electronic elements, diagnosing problems, refining performance, and producing clear reports before systems are signed off and delivered to customers. Over time, you will develop a deep understanding of how these advanced systems operate. You do not need previous experience in this specific field, what matters is your ability to think like an engineer, get hands on, and solve problems. Full training will be provided to get you up to speed. You will be joining a growing, well invested business with a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative team environment. It is the kind of place where engineers are trusted, challenged, and given the space to improve how things are done. Key Requirements Strong hands on engineering background, mechanical, electrical, or test A practical, problem solving mindset Ability to fault find, diagnose and improve system performance Experience with assembly, testing, or calibration of engineered products Comfortable working with technical data and writing reports Able to work both independently and as part of a team Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred
